How do you get the keys?
Our apartments are equipped with an innovative smart door system so you don't have to wait for the keys to be handed over. You can enter independently with our web app after checking in online or call us at the number provided after booking and we will open for you remotely. If you want to meet us instead, choose the vip hospitality option and for a small fee you will get a personalized welcome and a complimentary drink.
Are there sheets and towels?
Lovelyloft apartments are equipped with everything you need for your stay, just like in a hotel. So you'll find a comfortable bed already made and towels in the bathroom along with toiletries.
How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American express and online payments with Paypal. You can also pay the deposit by bank transfer or settle the reservation upon arrival in cash.
Is there a luggage storage area?
We do not have a luggage storage facility, nor is it possible to leave your luggage outside of check-in and check-out hours. You can find the bnbbag closest to the apartment online and reserve a storage spot.
Is it possible to check in early or check out late?
This service is available only upon request for an additional fee of 20 euros, subject to availability.
